Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
Participate actively in commercial activities, including lead generation, bid estimations, budgeting, and tender submissions.
Plan, generate, and defend financial and operational results in line with approved business plans and targets.
Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
Contribute to departmental risk management by identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational and commercial risks.
2. Operations Management
Ensure effective allocation and utilization of human and material resources across all projects and contracts.
Lead, coach, mentor, and evaluate project and site teams, ensuring clarity of roles, expectations, and performance objectives.
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive hard services maintenance strategies, including:
Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
Reactive and corrective maintenance
Predictive maintenance
Capital improvement projects
Ensure effective operational implementation of maintenance plans and achievement of contractual SLAs and KPIs.
Analyze performance data and implement improvement plans to optimize service delivery, costs, and contract outcomes.
Monitor industry trends, evaluate new maintenance technologies, tools, and methodologies, and recommend innovations where applicable.
Ensure project budgets are controlled, costs are optimized, and accurate invoicing and collections are achieved within agreed timelines.
3. Business Development & Client Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and contract renewals.
Support the preparation of high-quality technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements to maximize bid success.
4. HSEQ & Compliance
Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements, minimizing risks and incidents.
Ensure all operations comply with UAE laws, regulations, and governing authorities.
Ensure service delivery aligns with applicable international quality and FM standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Facilities Management or Engineering
Experience:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior technical services role
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial position within Facilities Management
Proven experience managing hard FM services (MEP, HVAC, Civil)
Licenses:
Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
