Principal Accountabilities
Sales Operation and Client Management:
Greeting clients, identify their needs and provide comprehensive explanations of lease-to-own products and services.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for existing and potential clients to recommend appropriate leasing solutions.
Coordinate vehicle preparation, including condition checks, insurance, traffic card registration, and ensuring all transactions are completed in SAP.
Facilitate timely vehicle handover to clients and ensure all receipts, contracts, and documents are properly handled for invoicing.
Liaise between operations, clients, and other stakeholders for vehicle replacements in case of accident or major service to provide quality service for clients.
Product & Service promotion (Outdoor Sales):
Identify and reach out to potential clients through referrals, market databases, networking events, and online platforms.
Visit companies and educational institutes to promote and sell products tailored to meet clients needs.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Bilingual (Arabic & English) - written and spoken
Minimum 3 years experience in automotive sales, specifically Lease-to-Own
Outdoor sales experience required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proactive, confident, and resilient - taking ownership of tasks
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
