Reporting to: Support Services Director.
Colleagues: Finance, HR, Purchasing, IT and Legal.
'TDR'
1. Campaign Coordination:
Plan and oversee social media, events, and product launch campaigns.
Manage project timelines and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
2. Content and Material Management:
Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce marketing materials.
Ensure all branding materials align with the company’s identity.
3. Social Media and Digital Marketing Support:
Create, schedule, and monitor posts for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Track engagement and provide performance insights.
4. Event Support:
Organize and assist with factory openings, exhibitions, and client events.
Handle logistics, invitations, and promotional materials.
5. Process and Workflow Management:
Document workflows and processes to streamline operations.
Prepare reports and analyze campaign performance metrics.
6. Internal Communication:
Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments.
Implement standardized forms and guidelines for efficient operations.

Initially:
- Minimum Bachelors’ degree in marketing management or equivalent.
- 03+ years’ experience.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
Vocationally:
Familiarity with the construction, Aluminum or façade industry.
Basic experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
Analytical skills for reporting and campaign tracking.
Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and paid campaigns.
