Position: Research & Development Manager
Location: West Shuaiba, Mina Abdullah, Kuwait

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Research & Development Manager to lead our R&D function and drive end-to-end product development aligned with our NPD & EPD strategy.

This role will oversee Formulation R&D, Packaging R&D, and Regulatory Affairs, ensuring successful development and launch of consumer-centric products across Home Care, Personal Care, and OTC categories for local and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead NPD/EPD projects from concept to launch
• Build short- and long-term innovation pipelines aligned with Marketing strategy
• Ensure regulatory, quality, and GDP compliance
• Implement robust R&D systems, processes, and lab safety practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Production)
• Manage R&D resources, budgets, CAPEX, and timelines
• Develop and coach high-performing R&D teams

Qualifications & Experience:
• M.S./Graduate degree in Chemistry, Pharma, Science, or related field
• 10–12 years of FMCG R&D experience (Home/Personal Care preferred)
• Proven product development and launch experience
• Strong leadership and cross-functional management skills
• Aerosol experience is a plus

• Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills
