Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience (7+ years) in hotel engineering or facilities management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building automation systems.
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of safety standards and environmental regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
