HR Compensation Executive
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage monthly payroll processing and WPS compliance
• Calculate overtime, incentives, and commissions accurately
• Handle Full & Final settlements in accordance with UAE Labour Law
Requirements :
• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
• Minimum 2 years of UAE payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
