HR & Admin Executive
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Handle visa processing and renewals in coordination with the PRO
• Maintain and update employee records, including passports, Emirates IDs, and labor cards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Track document expiry dates and coordinate timely renewals with employees and the PRO
• Support HR functions such as onboarding and employee documentation
• Organize and maintain employee files, trackers, and reports for internal and external audits
• Liaise with external authorities and service providers as required
• Contribute to the development of an efficient and compliant HR administrative framework
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in HR or Administration (UAE experience preferred)
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law related to visas and health licenses
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
