Position: Mechanic – Team Leader (Premium Cars)
Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring on behalf of a client for an experienced Mechanic – Team Leader with strong expertise in premium automotive brands such as Porsche, Volkswagen, and Range Rover. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians while ensuring high-quality diagnostics, repairs, and service standards.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of mechanics and technicians in daily workshop operations
• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues in premium vehicles
• Ensure repairs and servicing are carried out according to manufacturer standards
• Allocate jobs, monitor productivity, and ensure timely completion of work
• Conduct quality checks on completed repairs before vehicle delivery
• Train and mentor team members on advanced automotive technologies
• Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures
• Coordinate with service advisors on job status and technical requirements
🔹 Requirements :
• Proven experience as a Mechanic / Team Leader in premium or luxury car workshops
• Strong hands-on experience with Porsche, Volkswagen, Range Rover, or similar brands
• Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for modern automotive systems
• Ability to lead, guide, and motivate a technical team
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in automotive engineering
• Good communication and organizational skills
