Quantity Surveyor
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost plans, and measurement sheets
• Conduct accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and IFC documents
• Maintain cost control logs, valuation tracking, and financial reconciliation
• Prepare variation claims, interim payment applications, and cost reports
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for quantity verification
• Support commercial negotiations and contract administration
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and cost governance
Requirements & Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc QS) – mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction or cost consultancy projects
• Strong knowledge of cost control and site measurement practices
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Immediate availability preferred
