Monitor budgets, resources, and operational performance
Coordinate with other departments and senior management
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies
Prepare reports on operational performance and improvements
Requirements
Only candidates with prior UAE work experience will be considered
Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in operations management
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and team management abilities
Experience in process optimization and resource management
