Job Title: Planning Engineer
Location: Al Ain, UAE
Qualifications:
Engineering Graduates/PG
Relevant project management or planning certifications (PMP, Primavera, or similar) preferred
Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules using planning tools (Primavera / MS Project)
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution of activities
Analyze project progress and provide updates to management
Identify potential delays and propose corrective actions
Prepare reports on project milestones, resources, and risks
Assist in resource allocation and project planning
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality, and safety standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to align project schedules and deliverables
Requirements:
5–8 years of relevant experience as a Planning Engineer
Experience in construction or infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of project planning tools and techniques
Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with UAE project standards and regulations is preferred
