Requirements:
Prior experience as a hostess, receptionist, or reservation agent preferred
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple reservations and queries simultaneously
Professional appearance and polite demeanor
Familiarity with reservation or POS systems
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required
