HR Officer
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
• Coordinate performance management processes and support improvement initiatives
• Assist with employee engagement programs and address employee-related concerns
• Implement and maintain HR policies in line with company standards and UAE labor laws
• Maintain accurate HR records, support payroll coordination, and assist with audits and compliance tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE and available for immediate joining
