Job Position – Sales Manager/Team Lead

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Manager who will lead a team of specialists, develop their skills, and ensure strong team KPI performance.

Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage a team of sales specialists, providing ongoing coaching and support for both new and underperforming team members.
-Monitor and drive team KPI performance, analyze results, and develop strategies to achieve targets.
-Oversee team operations, including CRM usage, lead distribution, and internal reporting.
-Work closely with the Head of Sales to implement best practices and optimize processes.
-Motivate the team, introduce effective sales practices, and continuously improve team performance.

Requirements
-Professional level of English.
-Proven experience managing a sales team and achieving team KPIs.
-Strong communication and leadership skills.
-Proactive, responsible, and results-driven mindset.
-Experience working with CRM systems and sales management tools.
