Description:

We’re hiring a dedicated and detail-focused Storekeeper & Driver to support daily storekeeping operations, inventory control, and messenger duties across the club. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and handling documents efficiently to support the club’s operational standards and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive Pro Shop merchandise and general supplies from approved suppliers
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding deliveries, documentation, and stock-related matters
Raise purchase requisitions for the Finance department based on operational requirements
Verify incoming goods against invoices, bills, and standing purchase orders
Match vouchers and invoices for Engineering, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Pro Shop, and general items within the SCM system
Maintain fixed asset registers for the golf club and course maintenance stores and report updates to management
Export and import invoice files from SCM and forward them to the finance payable team for processing
Create new items in SCM as requested by various departments
Create and update vendor records in SCM based on Procurement department requests
Conduct monthly inventory counts for Pro Shop items
Prepare monthly stock reconciliation reports and close inventory records in SCM
Export Pro Shop sales reports from the Yellow Dog Inventory system
Process and match petty cash invoices accurately
Deliver and collect documents such as cheques and contracts from head office and other corporate locations
Collect accounts receivable cheques from various companies
Deposit daily cash and cheque collections and handle bank-related document pickups as a company messenger
Carry out additional administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager
