Requirements & Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance
Manage performance appraisals and disciplinary procedures
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies
Coordinate training and development activities
Oversee office administration and daily operational support
Manage visa processing, Iqama, renewals, and government portals
Coordinate medical insurance, accommodation, and transport arrangements
Manage contracts, company documents, and licenses
Liaise with government authorities and service providers
Supervise admin staff, drivers, and support teams
Prepare HR and admin reports for management
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company records
Support audits and management reviews
Perform any other related tasks assigned by management
