Job Title: Category Manager – Women’s Wear
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies for the Women’s Wear category to achieve sales and profitability targets
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity
Plan and manage product assortment, pricing, and promotions
Collaborate with buying, merchandising, and marketing teams for inventory planning and campaign execution
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
5–10 years of relevant experience in women’s wear merchandising, category management, or retail operations
Strong understanding of fashion trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics
Experience with inventory management, assortment planning, and sales analysis
