Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the catering and events strategy to meet business goals
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of events, including menus, logistics, staffing, and timelines
Manage budgets, pricing, contracts, and vendor relationships
Lead, train, and mentor catering and events teams to ensure operational excellence
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote catering services and secure new clients
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene standards
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and attention to detail
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
Proven experience in catering and events management, preferably in high-end hotels or large-scale venues
Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship abilities
Budgeting, planning, and analytical skills
