Key Responsibilities:
Conduct internal and external audits of food safety and quality management systems
Assess compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and other relevant standards
Inspect food production, storage, handling, and service processes for safety and quality
Identify risks, non-conformances, and deviations, and recommend corrective actions
Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management
Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions
Train and guide staff on food safety practices and quality standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Nutrition, or related field
Proven experience as a Food Safety Auditor, Quality Assurance Auditor, or similar role
Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and local food safety regulations
Strong analytical, observational, and reporting skills
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
