Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with corporate insurance clients
Provide guidance and support on insurance policies, renewals, and claims
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Handle client queries and resolve issues efficiently
Assist in insurance policy documentation and administrative processes
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities
Support business development initiatives and client retention strategies
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
Prior experience in corporate insurance, insurance administration, or client services
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Knowledge of corporate insurance products and policies
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
