Job Title: B2B Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Location: UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2B sales growth through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the UAE market
Manage and grow key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and revenue retention
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing with corporate clients
Collaborate with internal teams including operations, marketing, and logistics
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
Prior experience in e-commerce and/or retail sales is mandatory
Strong and proven experience in the local UAE market
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
