Job Title: Technical Recruiter – Construction & Contracting
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for construction and contracting roles
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical and non-technical positions
Manage hiring for white-collar (engineers, QS, managers) and blue-collar (skilled and unskilled labor) roles
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and project timelines
Conduct interviews and manage candidate selection processes
Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in construction and contracting
Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment cycles
Strong exposure to white- and blue-collar hiring
Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
