Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
Coordinate training, engagement, and employee welfare initiatives
Prepare HR reports and MIS for management
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in an HR role preferred
Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
