Job Title:
Document Controller (Aramco / SABIC Projects)
Location:
Wudayhi / Haradh Project, Saudi Arabia
Salary:
SAR 3,000 – 4,000

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Document Controller with 3–5 years of experience on Aramco or SABIC projects. The ideal candidate will manage project documentation, maintain records, and ensure proper filing and retrieval in compliance with company and client requirements. Immediate joining is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive, organize, and maintain project documents (technical, contractual, and administrative)
Ensure proper filing, version control, and document tracking
Coordinate document flow between project teams, clients, and contractors
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly document reports
Maintain compliance with Aramco/SABIC document management standards
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all project documentation
Support audits and project reviews with accurate document records

Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller on Aramco or SABIC projects
Familiarity with document management systems (DMS) and MS Office
Understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) project documentation
Knowledge of Aramco/SABIC project standards and procedures
Transferable Iqama is mandatory
