Key Responsibilities:
Managing leasing and sales activities across advertising and property portals
Conducting daily calls for market updates, client engagement, and follow-ups
Generating new leads through networking, referrals, and market outreach
Scheduling and coordinating appointments between clients and property consultants
Converting company-assigned and self-generated leads into successful transactions
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Abu Dhabi real estate
Prior background in telesales or telemarketing is an advantage
Strong sales-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
Professional appearance, confident attitude, and strong market awareness
