Job Description
A leading technology-driven organization in Dubai is hiring an experienced Backend Developer to work on enterprise-grade, high-performance distributed systems. This onsite role is ideal for professionals who excel in Java backend development, microservices architecture, and scalable system design.
The selected candidate will play a key role in building robust backend services while contributing to system performance, reliability, and architectural excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend applications
Build and manage microservices using Spring Boot
Work on distributed systems with event-driven architectures using Kafka
Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and performance optimization
Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams
Implement best practices for clean code, security, and scalability
Support containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
Requirements:
Minimum 7.5+ years of backend development experience
Strong proficiency in Java (8 / 11 / 17)
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot & Microservices architecture
Solid understanding of Kafka, distributed systems, and system design
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Strong problem-solving and performance-tuning skills
