Job Title – Quantity Surveyor – Cost Control

Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Graduate in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
2–6 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects
Experience in cost control and billing preferred

Requirements:
Knowledge of construction drawings and specifications
Understanding of cost control and budgeting methods
Basic knowledge of contracts and billing procedures
Good skills in MS Excel and quantity estimation
Good communication and coordination skills
