Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s commercial goals.
Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding for commercial teams.
Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Provide guidance on employee relations, labor law compliance, and conflict resolution.
Partner with commercial leadership to identify talent needs, skill gaps, and workforce planning.
Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning & development programs.
Support policy formulation and ensure HR processes are compliant with statutory requirements.
Drive initiatives to enhance organizational culture, employee satisfaction, and productivity.
