Provide guidance on employee relations, labor law compliance, and conflict resolution.
Partner with commercial leadership to identify talent needs, skill gaps, and workforce planning.
Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning & development programs.
Support policy formulation and ensure HR processes are compliant with statutory requirements.
