Job Title:
Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Post Contract

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review interim valuations, progress payments, and final accounts.
Manage contract documentation and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
Assess variations, claims, and cost implications during project execution.
Monitor project budgets and provide cost advice to the project team.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors regarding financial and contractual matters.
Maintain accurate records of all post-contract cost control activities.
Support risk management and value engineering initiatives on-site.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, cost control, and contract management.
Proficiency in relevant software (MS Excel, AutoCAD, CostX, or similar).
Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Experience:
2–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in post-contract roles.
