Key Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures on site.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Monitor compliance with local safety regulations and company standards.
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare safety reports, incident reports, and maintain documentation.
Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for site staff.
Coordinate with management and project teams to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Civil Engineering, or relevant field.
Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and construction safety standards.
Strong understanding of risk assessment, PPE, and emergency response procedures.
Good communication, observation, and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and enforce safety compliance.

Experience:
2–4 years of experience as a Safety Officer in the UAE, preferably in construction projects.
