Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a BIM Structural Modeler using Tekla
Mandatory GCC work experience
Experience in commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects preferred
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed structural BIM models using Tekla Structures
Prepare structural shop drawings and fabrication drawings
Coordinate with architectural, civil, and MEP teams to ensure clash-free models
Perform clash detection and resolve structural design issues
Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
Generate quantities, schedules, and construction documentation
Requirements:
Proficiency in Tekla Structures is mandatory
Strong understanding of structural systems (RC, steel structures)
Ability to interpret structural drawings and specifications
Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
Strong coordination and communication skills
