• Manage all aspects of financial operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare and present monthly MIS reports, budget variance analysis, and financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee VAT filings, corporate tax registration, and ensure adherence to UAE tax laws.
• Implement and monitor internal control frameworks to ensure financial accuracy and risk mitigation.
• Manage banking relationships, including guarantees, credit facilities, and reconciliations.
• Support inventory audits, year-end closings, and liaise with external/internal auditors.
• Drive cost optimization strategies, procurement policies, and financial planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ERP integration and financial system upgrades
Qualifications & Experience:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in the UAE.
• Prior experience in medical retail, healthcare, or FMCG sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, T365, Sage, and MS Office Suite etc.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
