Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma/ Graduate / Engineering Graduate (Civil / Mechanical preferred)
Proven experience in the Marble industry
Minimum 8–15 years of relevant technical and managerial experience (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Oversee technical operations related to marble processing, installation, and finishing
Manage project execution, quality control, and compliance with specifications
Coordinate with production, site, and sales teams to ensure timely project delivery
Supervise technical staff, installers, and site engineers
Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents related to marble works
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies
Provide technical support during client meetings and project planning
Requirements:
Strong technical knowledge of marble, stone processing, and installation techniques
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to work across Abu Dhabi and Dubai locations
