General Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
12+ years of experience in structural design and analysis
Prior Gulf project experience is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of Saudi codes, standards, and local regulations
Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., SAP2000, STAAD.Pro)
Leadership skills and project management experience
Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills
Professional engineering certification or advanced structural training is advantageous
