Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within healthcare or large organizations.
Strong analytical and leadership skills.
Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
