We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead and oversee our mold manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the operation of mold lathes (Injection, Blow, and Sheet Metal).
Read, analyze, and accurately execute engineering drawings.
Set up, adjust, and operate machines efficiently.
Monitor production quality and ensure molds meet required specifications.
Coordinate closely with production and maintenance teams.
Ensure full compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
Supervise the procurement of raw materials, tools, and equipment.
Lead factory development initiatives, including selecting and upgrading suitable machinery and equipment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a technical qualification with strong hands-on experience.
Proven practical experience in the molds industry.
Proficiency in conventional lathes, CNC machines, and wire cutting machines.
Strong knowledge of CNC design and programming.
Proficient in engineering design software such as SolidWorks or other relevant CAD/CAM programs
