Job Title:
Assistant Manager – Talent Performance
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Master’s degree or HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plus
5–8 years of experience in talent management, performance management, or HR operations
Experience in designing and managing performance appraisal systems preferred
Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of talent performance management frameworks
Manage performance appraisal cycles, goal-setting processes, and evaluation systems
Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and development opportunities
Collaborate with business leaders to align individual and team performance with organizational objectives
Support succession planning, high-potential identification, and talent development initiatives
Assist in driving employee engagement and continuous performance improvement programs
Ensure performance processes comply with HR policies and best practices
Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership review
