We are currently hiring a highly experienced General Manager – Equine Hospital for one of our clients based in Abu Dhabi. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing the establishment, daily operations, and long-term success of a specialized equine healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational leadership with in-depth understanding of veterinary standards, compliance, and stakeholder management within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the setup, development, and ongoing operations of the Equine Hospital
Ensure the highest standards of equine medical care, animal welfare, and safety protocols
Manage staff recruitment, performance evaluations, training, and development programs
Oversee financial planning, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets
Ensure full compliance with veterinary regulations and UAE legislative requirements
Supervise the management of medical equipment, hospital facilities, and supplier relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
Provide strategic direction to support growth, operational efficiency, and service excellence
