Role Description
This full-time role, based on-site in Dubai, is tailored for a Sales Executive under the Emiratisation program. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting Valus' loyalty solutions.
Daily responsibilities will include conducting market research, generating leads, making sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client value.
Qualifications
Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing sales effectively.
Proficiency in Communication and Interpersonal skills, along with the ability to deliver compelling sales presentations.
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and an understanding of loyalty program strategies and tools.
Analytical skills for conducting market research, identifying client needs, and devising strategic sales approaches.
Adaptability, goal orientation, and commitment to achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the loyalty, technology, or marketing sector is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
The candidate must be a UAE national as part of the Emiratisation initiative.
