Job Title:
O&M Supervisor (Operations & Maintenance)
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil or related field)
5–8 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance activities
Prior experience in facilities management, utilities, power plants, infrastructure, or industrial operations preferred
Supervisory experience is mandatory
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations and maintenance activities of assigned facilities or systems
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed
Lead and supervise technicians, operators, and support staff
Monitor equipment performance and ensure optimal operational efficiency
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and documentation
Respond to breakdowns, emergencies, and operational issues promptly
