Job Details :
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on property development and real estate.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles specific to the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in managing financial operations for large-scale property development projects is highly desirable.
