Description:
We are currently hiring an experienced Quality Control Manager for a food manufacturing company operating within the Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone. This role is ideal for a senior-quality professional with strong managerial and hands-on experience in daily food production environments, particularly in cheese and butter manufacturing. The successful candidate will oversee all quality-related operations and ensure full compliance with food safety standards.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5–8 years of managerial experience in food manufacturing within the UAE
Strong background in daily food production operations
Previous experience in cheese and butter manufacturing is highly preferred
Proven ability to manage, guide, and lead a Quality Control team
In-depth knowledge of QA/QC systems, food safety regulations, and compliance standards
Hands-on experience with internal and external audits, inspections, and documentation
Ability to train staff on quality procedures, hygiene practices, SOPs, and food safety protocols
Capable of reporting directly to senior management and independently handling all QC matters
Required certifications in QC and food safety such as HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC, or equivalent
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
Immediate joiners are preferred
Candidates must currently be based in the UAE
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly salary of AED 10,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Additional benefits provided in accordance with UAE Labor Law
