Job Title:
Construction Manager – Infrastructure Projects

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
10–15 years of experience in construction management, with strong exposure to infrastructure projects
Experience in roads, bridges, utilities, drainage, or large-scale infrastructure works
GCC / Saudi Arabia experience is preferred

Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and oversee infrastructure construction projects from start to completion
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
Supervise site activities, manpower, equipment, and subcontractors
Monitor project progress, schedules, and resource allocation
Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and quality standards
Resolve technical, operational, and site-related issues promptly
Review method statements, construction plans, and progress reports
Lead site meetings and provide regular updates to senior management

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of infrastructure construction methods and standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple site activities and large teams
Proficiency in project management and reporting tools
Strong understanding of contracts, drawings, and specifications
