A leading construction and MEP services company in the United Arab Emirates is hiring an experienced Camp Boss to manage daily operations of a manpower accommodation camp. This role is essential in maintaining discipline, hygiene, safety, and full compliance with UAE labor laws and HSE standards.
The Camp Boss will oversee camp administration, staff coordination, accommodation facilities, and welfare management for the workforce. This position plays a critical role in supporting smooth project execution by ensuring a safe, organized, and compliant living environment for employees.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of manpower accommodation camps
Ensure hygiene, discipline, and safety standards are maintained
Enforce UAE labor laws and camp regulations
Coordinate with site management and HR teams
Supervise camp staff and support personnel
Handle worker accommodation, welfare, and grievances
Maintain records related to camp occupancy and compliance
Implement HSE policies and safety procedures
Ensure smooth coordination between camp and project sites
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 5–8 years of UAE/GCC experience in a Camp Boss or similar role
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and camp regulations
Good understanding of HSE standards
Experience in construction or MEP project environments
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Ability to manage large manpower accommodations
Good communication and conflict-resolution abilities
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 4,500 – 7,000 per month
(Based on Camp Boss roles in UAE construction sector)
