Visa Processing Executive
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma (any discipline)
1–4 years of experience in visa processing, immigration services, or travel operations
Experience in UAE or GCC visa processing is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end visa processing for employees, clients, or travelers
Prepare, verify, and submit visa applications and supporting documents
Coordinate with government portals, embassies, and immigration authorities
Track visa status and ensure timely follow-ups
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist clients/employees with visa-related queries and compliance requirements
Ensure adherence to immigration laws and company policies
