Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of AITS Safety LLC to ensure efficiency and compliance
Plan, coordinate, and manage operational processes and service delivery
Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
Manage teams, schedules, and resource allocation
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments
Monitor operational performance and prepare reports for management
Identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization
Support business growth through operational planning and execution
