We are looking for a Call Center Specialist with proven experience in handling inbound communications through PBX systems (switchboards) and multiple social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally via the telephone switchboard (PBX).
• Respond to customer inquiries across social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Manage customer data, reports, and files using Google Drive.
• Maintain and analyze basic data using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate communications efficiently for more than one company when required.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and accurate information delivery.
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months proven experience in a Call Center or Contact Center role (evidence required).
• Strong experience with PBX / call routing systems.
• Experience handling multi-channel communications (calls + social media).
• Good working knowledge of Google Drive and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Android-based systems and applications.
• Ability to work as a Call Center Agent for multiple companies simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and/or English (preferred).
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in CRM systems.
• Previous work in customer support or sales environments.
• Flexible and fast learner
