Job Title:
Front Office Receptionist cum Secretary (Female) – Head Office, Sharjah
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Diploma / Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in front office, receptionist, or secretarial roles
UAE experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences
Maintain and organize files, documents, and records
Support senior management with administrative and secretarial tasks
Ensure smooth functioning of front office operations
Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Experience in UAE corporate environment is an advantage
