Job Title:
QA/QC Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Construction Engineering
Experience: Minimum 4–8 years in QA/QC for building construction projects
UAE experience required
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures for construction projects
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards
Review and verify materials, workmanship, and testing procedures
Prepare quality reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and inspection documentation
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues
Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety standards, and company policies
Support audits, client inspections, and certifications
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards and procedures in building construction
Familiarity with UAE construction codes and regulations
Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office
Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Effective communication and coordination abilities
