Key Responsibilities
Lead HSE operations for Oil & Gas shutdown activities
Ensure compliance with Qatar and international HSE regulations
Implement site safety plans, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
Monitor contractor and workforce safety performance
Investigate incidents and enforce corrective actions
Maintain HSE documentation and reports
Coordinate emergency response procedures
Liaise with client and regulatory authorities
Requirements & Qualifications
7–10 years of Oil & Gas field experience
Strong background in shutdown projects (preferred)
Proven leadership in HSE management
Deep knowledge of HSE standards and compliance
Ability to mobilize immediately
Strong communication and reporting skills
